Our Design Interns should be able to brainstorm and communicate ideas in sketch form and be familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator (Alias and Painter a plus). The Interns work hand-in-hand with our team of 10 full-time designers to experience the very best of the design environment, and to apply, refine, develop new skills such as:

• Sketching concepts based on design criteria and market research
• Creating concept renderings in Photoshop or Painter
• Translating concepts into 3D with Alias and/or Pro-Engineer Wildfire
• Printing 3D Z-Corp models and supporting prototype development
• Interacting with domestic and Asia engineers to refine concepts
• Assisting with packaging and point-of-purchase concept development
• Playing ping-pong during lunch (a must)

Kids II, Inc. provides a progressive working environment, including newly redesigned office space, flex hours and casual attire. Interns will approximately work 40 hour weeks for the summer and will be paid $9.00 per hour.

We have a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, our design team is all young professionals, so we do have fun, but we get our work done and take it seriously.

Your main responsibility will be constructing samples for presentations to retailers, but you’ll work on many different projects…like designing pens, naming colors, making jewelry, or come up with an idea that will be the next big thing.

The Voodoo Design Team is seeking ID and Graphic Design Interns to help create product designs and gaming experience programs.

Voodoo’s Design Interns will focus on conceptualization and development of new products including aspects of form, aesthetics, physical interfaces and system compatibility. They must posses the ability to create the design tools and documentation to convey the solutions to Design Team with renderings, models, mechanical drawings.
